Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and Exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
  • Change of mind

Insurance 

Australia Post automatically insure parcels up to $100 AUD. For anything else it is up to the customer to request additional insurance. Additional insurance is paid for by the customer. 

Australian Boulder Opal

A little bit about the Opals that I use. I source my rough Opals from Australia which is where I live and I hand cut my own stones. This allows me to create my pieces from the ground up. A bit of an organic process. Each piece I make is a reflection of the stone and how it shows itself to me.
