This vibrant electric green/blue Boulder Opal is from my personal collection. This beauty is mesmerising. Very rarely does one of this colouring come on the market. I may change my mind so don’t take too long to decide :)

* Being a Lapidary as well as a jeweller allows me to offer you hand cut Opals. Please be aware that these Opals may have natural pits and markings. They are as nature intended I have only cut, shaped and polished, I have not even tried to remove any imperfections… if you could even call them that.
If you've never had a little bit of Australia how better to start than with this collectible piece. Or you may be in love with Opals like me and can't help but add to your collection and this deserves to be there.
It's believed that perhaps 30 million years ago, lots of silica was released into a solution which filled cracks in the rocks, layers in clay, and even some fossils. Some of them became precious opals. It takes about 5 to 6 million years to make a 1 cm opal to mature.
This looks amazing and only when you see it on will you appreciate it's true beauty.
