Violeta

This is my latest piece.  It is a black boulder Opal and quite rare.  The colours and formation are fantastic.

Striations of deepest red to orange, purple to green and blue are what makes this so rare.  The host rock undulates and flows with the golden setting.

All set in 9k yellow gold with an open backed double bezel.  I use fine silver as the internal bezel.  

A perfectly faceted pink Rhodolite Garnet compliments this rock star!

TCW of Opal: 4.08

Strung on Black rubber with a 9k gold hook and loop to fasten.

This is a complete knock out!!

All my Opals are hand cut by me in my studio. My Opal rough comes directly from the miner.
